This rating is for the staff here - they are incredibly friendly and customer-centric. I called ahead of my visit to see if they had an item in stock prior to heading over. Rachel helped locate the hoodie that I wanted and couldn't find elsewhere. Not only did they have it, she offered to put it on hold for me. While driving over a few hours later, Rachel gave me a call since there were other shoppers also looking for the hoodie and she wanted to make sure I still was coming to buy it! Thankfully she didn't sell it out from underneath me while I was literally driving around looking for parking. Upon reaching the store, I was greeted warmly and had an overall great experience. AN - you've got a great store with quality products, but your staff here are your best asset! Thank you to Rachel and others who helped.

I had such an amazing experience at Aviator Nation! The store itself has such a cool, welcoming vibe, but what really stood out was the incredible service I received from Steven. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel comfortable and taken care of. He was super attentive without ever being pushy, and he went out of his way to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. Steven was knowledgeable about the products and helped me pick out items that fit my style perfectly. He was patient, genuinely kind, and made the whole shopping experience feel effortless and fun. It’s rare to come across someone who makes such a positive impression, but Steven truly did. Thanks to him, I left not only with clothes I absolutely love but also with the feeling that Aviator Nation really values their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending both the store and Steven’s amazing service to friends and family.
